This proposal follows the recent [discussion on creating a new BSX farm](https://basilisk.subsquare.io/posts/41), and if approved, will:

- **Mint 222,222,222 BSX** from the [38B LM portion of supply](https://docs.bsx.fi/tokenomics) (the last global farm was 500M BSX)
- Transfer this to the existing BSX global farm
- **Stop the current BSX<>USDT farm**, as support for USDT on Kusama will come to an end in the coming months
- **Reduce the APR % on the BSX<>TNKR farm to 40%** (back to 1x multiplier, currently at 2x) as the TNKR rewards already make this a rewarding pool
- **Maintain the APR % on the BSX<>KSM farm at 80%** so that we can focus liquidity on this most important pool
