Dwellir is currently serving the Basilisk community with a public RPC endpoint service. We are serving on average **4,397,372** requests per day. This represents a 119% increase from Q3.

This proposal is to cover the costs for October, November, and December in 2023. We are requesting $2,595 for this period.

This referendum aims to reward high quality nomination pools using a fair evaluation system. The evaluation system looked at specific criteria such as metadata, verified identity and nominees. An open-source tool was used to analyze the pools and the results were posted for public scrutiny.
